JAMESTHOMAS
JamesThomas is a Chicago-based interior design studio, founded in 2003. The design studio runs because of the vision, passion, and energy of eight very talented designers, a dedicated business manager, and a darling black Lab named Teddy. To date, they have completed 250 design projects.
JamesThomas are known for colorful, textured spaces that are innately welcoming and always, in their own way, communicate timeless design elements such as warmth, generosity, and affection. Wanderlust is a major source of creativity at JamesThomas. Recent trips to Paris, Ireland, and Africa have all imparted inspiration through the people, the culture, and the landscape.
Duality is the difference. James is the Storyteller. He oversees the technical design flow. Tom is the Editor. He specializes in details and one-of-a-kind notes.
