The residence comprises three stores and is defined by its framed structure and oversized, asymmetric timber roof. Stunning!<\/p>\n<h3>Los Altos Residence,\u00a0California<\/h3>\n<p>Nestled among neighboring houses and a variety of mature trees, this\u00a0<em><strong>luxury<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>home<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0plan and form is designed to create a private world as respite from the dense suburban community. Shaped by the challenges and opportunities of the remote site, <em><strong>Sawmill<\/strong> <\/em>is self-sufficient and durable!<\/p>\n<h3>Stellar Residences, California<\/h3>\n<p>Modern, progressive interpretations of the mountain\u00a0<em><strong>luxury home<\/strong><\/em>, the\u00a0<em><strong>Stellar Residences<\/strong><\/em>, designed by renowned<strong><em>\u00a0Bohlin Cywinski Jackson<\/em><\/strong>, are energy-smart and design-intelligent, with floor-to-ceiling windows for spectacular views and generous indoor and outdoor spaces for bringing families closer together.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/inspirations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24710 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/The-United-States-Top-10-For-Residential-Architecture-Projects-architecture-projects.jpg\" alt=\"Architecture Projects\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Roxbury E+, Massachusetts<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Interface Studio Architects<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0designed the unique <em><strong>Roxbur<\/strong><\/em>y house for\u00a0Boston\u2019s Energy Plus (E+) Green Building Program.\u00a0The architectural character was influenced by the local vernacular of the immediate neighborhood, including clapboard siding in an array of colors, pitched roofs and large bay windows. An inverted bay connected the project to its context, and was critical to performance-based innovation.<\/p>\n<h3>Hunters View Housing Blocks 5&amp;6, California<\/h3>\n<p>These two new blocks of affordable family housing at\u00a0<em><strong>Hunters View<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>are part of the first phase of San Francisco\u2019s ambitious HOPE SF program to rebuild the worst of San Francisco\u2019s deteriorated, crime-ridden public housing. With a mix of affordable and market-rate housing, the <em><strong>Hunters View<\/strong> <\/em>Redevelopment is being completed in three phases in order to allow the existing tenants to remain in the neighborhood. It was designed by\u00a0<em><strong>Paulett Taggart Architects<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/inspirations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24713 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/The-United-States-Top-10-For-Residential-Architecture-Projects-house-design-1.jpg\" alt=\"Architecture Projects\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Powerhouse, Pennsylvania<\/h3>\n<p>Designed by <strong><em>AIA<\/em><\/strong>, the<em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Powerhouse<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>carefully fits a dense cluster of 31 units into\u00a0Philadelphia\u2019s Francisville neighborhood fabric, providing single family townhomes, duplexes, and two small apartment buildings that meet the needs and budgets of residents with a wide variety of living options at a range of prices.<\/p>\n<h3>Student Lofts at Washington University, Missouri<\/h3>\n<p>Developed by\u00a0<em><strong>Washington University in St. Louis<\/strong><\/em>, Missouri, the\u00a0<em><strong>Lofts of Washington University<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>is a student housing and retail mixed-use project. It currently provides off-campus housing for 414 undergraduate students in four buildings in the Delmar Loop, a vibrant commercial corridor a half mile from the main university campus. The Lofts\u2019 distinctive pedestrian mews offers a new linkage between the neighborhood\u2019s residential and commercial areas. Besides, its\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luxxu.net\/all-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><strong>design<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/em>is beyond this world.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/inspirations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24715 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/The-United-States-Top-10-For-Residential-Architecture-Projects-house-design-2.jpg\" alt=\"Architecture Projects\" width=\"690\" height=\"460\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Heartland Family Works, Nebraska<\/h3>\n<p>This specialty housing location offers four and six month residential substance abuse treatment programs. The\u00a0<em><strong>designers<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>used a contrast of warm colors and textures to complement the cool palette of the concrete.<\/p>\n<h3>The Six, Los Angeles<\/h3>\n<p>Located near the<em>\u00a0<strong>MacArthur Park<\/strong><\/em>, the Six residence<em>\u00a0<\/em>features energy efficient amenities that exceed standard practice.
