Azoici<\/strong> consists of a series of unique glass pieces<\/strong>, hand-blown in collaboration with the Italian Master\u00a0Andrea Zilio<\/b>, and exclusively produced at Venice\u2019s Murano island<\/strong>. The matte black and gray surfaces contrast delicately with the slightly tinted transparent glass.\u00a0These glass pieces show what it means to design fluid masses in motion<\/strong>, like mixing earth and water, and how their complementarity is reinforced by their diversity in a definitive balance, while they remain the cradle of possible life.<\/p>\n

The Quark series<\/strong> of low coffee tables<\/strong> blend the exploration of materials and production techniques to give birth to unique monolith tables. Quark explores prime materials such as wood <\/strong>and marble<\/strong>, in the meantime using materials like Plexiglas, bronze<\/strong>, and copper<\/strong> to challenge traditional methods of Italian craftsmanship<\/strong> and design<\/strong>. For the 10th anniversary of the Quark series, Emmanuel Babled unveils the Quark Cork<\/strong> \u2013 fully natural<\/strong> and sustainable pieces<\/strong> produced in Portugal<\/strong>. The project Quark continues to explore materials and production techniques to give birth to monolith tables<\/strong>. This time, the raw materials of cork and marble are combined with Plexiglas, bronze and copper, breaking away from the traditional Italian approach to craft and design. The precision of digital tools gives the tables an original organic shape, resulting in design functionality<\/strong> with a sculptural identity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Digit<\/h3>\n

\"Emmanuel<\/a><\/p>\n

Inspired by 1960\u2019s pop culture<\/strong>, the Digit<\/strong> breaks away from the traditional Murano style<\/strong> of chandelier. Each chandelier is composed of 23 spheres made of hand-blown glass<\/strong>. These spheres are put together with the level of accuracy possible with computer technology, although the intentional impression is one of randomness. The spheres barely graze one another, which highlights the singularity, harmony and solidity of the whole. Luminous and reflecting spheres are mixed together. The white spheres<\/strong> diffuse a soft light that is infinitely reflected by the colored elements<\/strong>, resulting in joyful and celestial illumination, as if the spheres were floating in the air.<\/p>\n

Intersection<\/h3>\n

Geometric area rug<\/strong> from the collection Intersection<\/strong>. Each design is a masterpiece of traditional Nepalese craftsmanship<\/strong> and a unique creation with its own signature. Intersection pays particular attention to the way space relates to a rug. Hand-knotted<\/strong> in a choice of warm multi-toned Wool<\/strong>, Allo<\/strong> and Viscose<\/strong>, the minimal design<\/strong> features an abstract play of graphic geometric forms and layers to transform a space with charm and modern simplicity.<\/p>\n

The project is customizable in different materials following the same gravity-based principle<\/strong>.
