The River Oasis<\/strong> is a\u00a0Design + Build project by France Vietnam Architecture<\/em><\/strong> that took place in Hanoi, Vietnam<\/strong><\/em>. While being rather far from the city centre, the house enjoys its beautiful natural surroundings and serene quietness<\/strong> that others can only dream of. They started this project from scratch, and the dedication of their team<\/strong> shortened what could have been a lengthy process to mere 7 months. Their clients might only want a place where they can recluse from the stressful urban life, but they envisioned the house to be a joy to return to each day<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The client\u2019s love for simplicity & luxury inspires the France Vietnam Architecture<\/em> <\/strong>design team to pursue a neoclassic design style<\/strong> with a black & white theme<\/strong> for their house at 34 Ly Nam De street, Hanoi.<\/p>\n

This project, designed by France Vietnam Architecture<\/strong><\/em>, seeks a simple and modern design while adopting classical-architectural accents<\/strong> to give the utmost comfort and stylish living space<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> that ages gracefully along with its occupants.<\/p>\n

Spaces Hung Sheng<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Situated in the booming\u00a0Zhongshan\u00a0District,\u00a0Spaces Hung Sheng<\/strong> is connected to the MRT Nanjing Fuxing subway station, while the closest bus station \u2013 Nanjing and Longjiang intersection is 100m away. To make full use of such an advantageous location<\/strong>, France Vietnam Architecture<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0was requested to turn the 2413 sqm into Taipei\u2019s number one choice of co-working office<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ngoc Thuy Residence<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ngoc Thuy Residence<\/strong> is a bijou complex of 3 independent villas built for private residential and rental purposes, located in lane 437 of Ngoc Thuy street. The design brief requires optimized function and area while making the most of the fresh & cool air<\/strong> that the \u201cDuong\u201d River brings to provide its occupants with a pleasant living environment<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n
