Kravitz Design curated the restoration of the entire property, which can now comfortably accommodate as many as 26 guests. Inspired by one of Lenny\u2019s recording studios, The Sound Room is a versatile multi-sensory retreat designed to be a studio space, screening room, performance space, or even gaming room. Kravitz Design was tasked with its creative direction, working closely with the developer and contractors in the selection of all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/inspirations\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=article-image&amp;utm_content=covethouseblog-kravitzdesign&amp;utm_campaign=citybycity&amp;utm_term=mmachado\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>interior<\/strong> <\/a>and exterior materials, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and audio equipment in its three floors of living space, as well as with all landscaping. The 4-year project included extensive interior and exterior work, as well as landscape design.
