This is a heritage victorian era building that was already used as a textile mill in 1896. The design is based on a large multi-level beer garden, files with greenery and creating an oasis in the middle of the CBD network of the laneway. preserves much of the original textile factory\u2019s sawtooth roof while opening its central bays to form a terraced beer garden that blends of a victorian academy and a hidden botanical offering relief from the hard surfaces of the city. wheeling around the courtyard is the progression of spaces that borrow from the botanical theme but also have their own distinct character. good
