When we asked <strong>Cheryl Eisen<\/strong> about what she loves the most in her work, she promptly said \u2013 \u201c<em>I love that I get to be creative and strategic simultaneously and that no two days are alike\u201d. <\/em>However, her story is also about challenges and how to overcome them \u2013 \u201c<em>COVID-19 created one of the most difficult times in my career. There was so much devastation and uncertainty. In a seller\u2019s market where homes are flying off the shelves, buyers need furniture quickly. Increased demand, coupled with COVID-19 furniture manufacturing and logistics backlogs makes it very challenging to furnish a new home.
