The duo behind Studio KO<\/span><\/strong><\/em> is Karl Fournier<\/strong><\/em> and Olivier Mart<\/strong><\/em>. The two met and fell in love while studying at the \u00c9cole des Beaux\u2011Arts<\/strong><\/em> in Paris<\/strong><\/em>, launching Studio KO shortly thereafter. Their shared aesthetic values, they discovered, allowed them to play well together. Marty is the draftsman<\/strong><\/em>, Fournier is the dreamer<\/strong><\/em>. \u201cOlivier has a tendency to add things, and I follow behind him and subtract,\u201d<\/em> says Fournier, pressed to make a distinction. But everything they do, he adds, ends up as a \u201cmusical score for piano for four hands.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
