Bathsphere is a glass bubble sphere, suspended in midair. It allows you to create your own mood and unwinding space. You can simulate rain, change the temperature inside the ball, control the humidity, the light, the sounds \u2013 and even smells. Isn\u2019t it incredible? It\u2019s the conceptual creation of Russian design firm, Alexander Zhukovsky.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/news-and-ideas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49969\" src=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/New-bathtub-design-with-glass-bubble-bathspere1-celebrate-design.jpg\" alt=\"new-bathtub design-with-glass-bubble-bathspere1-celebrate-design\" width=\"690\" height=\"611\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The original \u201cBathsphere\u201d was designed in 1928 and 1929 by the American engineer Otis Barton\u00a0, was a unique spherical deep-sea submersible which was unpowered and lowered into the ocean on a cable and was used to conduct a series of dives off the coast of Bermuda from 1930 to 1934. This follows the same shape and is raised and lowered by a cable, but into the air, not the ocean. It still looks like something out of the future, doesn\u2019t it? And it\u2019s large enough for two!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/news-and-ideas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49970\" src=\"http:\/\/www.covethouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/New-bathtub-design-with-glass-bubble-bathspere2-Bathtub-design.jpg\" alt=\"new-bathtub design-with-glass-bubble-bathspere2-bathtub-design\" width=\"690\" height=\"420\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The designer wanted to create an escape from city life.
