Katherine Newman Design<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> is a multi-disciplinary design company, based in Canada, that combines various services such as architecture<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, interior design<\/strong><\/span><\/em> and decoration<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, landscape<\/strong><\/span><\/em> design, and construction<\/strong><\/span><\/em> project management. Each project is not bound and\/or defined by a single style<\/strong><\/span><\/em> but rather done while taking into consideration every important aspect such as the space<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, function<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, and the unique<\/strong><\/span><\/em> requirements from the clients. Synthesizing various and divergent aesthetics<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, Katherine is able to use her diverse knowledge of historical<\/strong><\/span><\/em> and modernist<\/strong><\/span><\/em> details to create an original and remarkable bespoke<\/strong><\/span><\/em> work!<\/p>\n

Following her philosophy that the exterior<\/strong><\/span><\/em> and interior<\/strong><\/span><\/em> of a building are essentially related, we can see the extraordinary work Katherine did with this luxury<\/strong><\/span> condo<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, where the living room<\/strong><\/span><\/em> has 43-feet of space with a solarium<\/strong><\/span><\/em> right beside it. With nearly 700 square feet of glass-enclosed outdoor<\/strong><\/span><\/em> space, and with a balcony off of that space, which is very rare in New York<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, this living room<\/strong><\/span><\/em> is considered a luxurious billionaire\u2019s row duplex<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n
