Lavish Design Build<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> began its journey as a small family business<\/strong><\/span><\/em> but it quickly grew to a recognized<\/strong><\/span><\/em> firm with lots of success and happy customers thanks to their hard work in order to bring designs<\/strong><\/span><\/em> that are true to their vision as well as giving an ingenious spirit, which is crucial to the daily life of their clients. Nowadays they are considered a full-service<\/strong><\/span><\/em> company that provides not only interior design<\/strong><\/span><\/em> services but construction<\/strong><\/span><\/em> and staging<\/strong><\/span><\/em> ones as well.<\/p>\n

With this essence in mind, this living room<\/strong><\/span><\/em> was made by a team of excellent professionals from different areas such as design<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, architecture<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, project management<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, and engineering<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, making it possible to bring out such a wondrous bespoke<\/strong><\/span><\/em> project. Uniquely tailored<\/strong><\/span><\/em> to the client, this living room<\/strong><\/span><\/em> primes for its white main color with little gold<\/strong><\/span><\/em> accents and pops of color in gray.<\/p>\n

We thought that some of our pieces would look stunning in this living room<\/strong><\/span><\/em> project so here are our suggestions! Starting with the Charlotte<\/strong><\/span> armchair<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> by Essential Home<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> stuns in its beautiful customizable<\/strong><\/span><\/em> textile and polished brass and glossy black legs. Followed by the Florence<\/strong><\/span> center table<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> also by Essential Home<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> that features a custom Estremoz marble<\/strong><\/span><\/em> tabletop, perfect for a modern living room<\/strong><\/span><\/em>. The Kiki<\/strong><\/span> side table<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> by Koket<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> completes the look with its polished<\/strong><\/span><\/em> hoops with delicate iris blooms as tips support a glass<\/strong><\/span><\/em> top embraced by a polished frame. To finish it off we have the Warao<\/strong><\/span> rug<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a> by\u00a0 Brabbu<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/a>, this hand-tufted<\/strong><\/span><\/em> rug is the kind of rug that ties together all your living room<\/strong><\/span> furniture<\/strong><\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n
