This living room<\/span><\/strong><\/em> project was designed by Arent&Pyke<\/a> under the challenge of transforming this grand Hunters Hill home for a family of 5. It took a complete make-over that you will never forget!<\/p>\n

Arent&Pyke<\/a><\/strong> is one of the top interior designers in Sydney<\/strong><\/a>, formed by Juliette Arent and Sarah-Jane Pyke, encompassing interior architecture<\/strong> and design<\/strong> with a unique focus on the decorative arts<\/em>. Since the formation of the practice in 2007, Arent&Pyke<\/a> have fine-tuned their philosophy around what it means to make a space sing. While they have created a multi-award winning<\/strong> practice and earnt the respect of their industry peers, the emotional connections they create drive their aesthetic and practical decisions.<\/p>\n

Soft and light, this is the kind of living room decor idea<\/strong> that makes us wonder peacefully<\/em> and we are here to recreate it in our own way!<\/p>\n

Starting with the seating<\/a>, choose Naj Armchair<\/strong><\/a> designed by Brabbu<\/a> \u2013 Guatemala was the stage of one of the most important discoveries in the twentieth century \u2013 the Naj Tunich. Inspired by it is Naj Bold Edition Armchair<\/strong><\/a>, a living room<\/strong><\/em><\/span> chair fully upholstered in velvet<\/em> with nickeled nails<\/em>. This fabric chair<\/em> is sure to make a statement. Along with this lovely piece, Philip Side Table<\/strong><\/a> is a simpler reinterpretation of the centre table design<\/strong>, but with the same unique<\/strong> and inspiring<\/strong> \ufb02air. Its structure is also based on the geometrical round shapes<\/em>, but it only features a solid base<\/em> handcrafted in solid wood<\/em> that supports a perfectly round table top made with travertine marble.<\/p>\n

Jute Round Rug<\/strong><\/a> designed by Caffe Latte<\/a> has a pattern and texture similar to the weaving from the traditional Brazilian jute bags used for carrying and for the storage of coffee beans, this modern<\/strong> and neutral<\/strong> rug is made of botanic silk<\/em>, with a soft presence<\/strong> and an even softer touch for your living room<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Duke Suspension Lamp<\/strong><\/a> boasts a heavy nostalgic 70s groove vibe<\/em>. Inspired by the simplicity of the 1970s, Delightfull<\/a>\u2019s designers were able to create an iconic modern<\/strong> ceiling light<\/a> that suits the most demanding setting. Produced in Portugal, it is handmade<\/strong> in brass<\/em> and aluminium<\/em>. The body, made of brass<\/em>, has both a matte black and a gold-plated finish<\/em>, while the shades are lacquered with a glossy black on the outside. The inside is matte white, but it can also have a gold powder paint finish. It is a stunning living room<\/strong> <\/em>ceiling light<\/a>, but this large ceiling light<\/a> can also be considered for other settings, such as a mid-century modern living room<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n
