British architecture won’t stop mesmerizing us! The Royal Institute of British Architects just revealed 49 projects it decided to award this year. A great variety of types, purpose, locations is reprensented in the shortlist for the RIBA National Awards for architecture 2017 edition, and one of them will be the winner of the prestigious Stirling Prize later this year. Kicking off our top 5 architecture projects is Fallahogey Studios in Kilrea, Northern Ireland, by McGarry-Moon Architects. A pure and harmonious space with lots of freshness and lighting. A well-deserved award!

Next up is 8 Finsbury Circus, a British architecture project by Wilkinson Eyre. The game of lighting, the fascinating floor, and this one-of-a-kind bench: breathtaking!

A mall made of diamonds and exclusive design follows with the Victoria Gate Arcades project by ACME. An exclusive design from roof to lighting to walls and floor! It’s not only the gorgeous shop windows you’ll come to see!

The next pick is a truly unique, awesome project that took its architect Peter Salter 13 years to design. It’s a real maze of townhouses, full of secrets, hidden corridors, unexpected surprises and of exploration possibilities! One if the highlights of the RIBA architecure awards.

Last but not least, is the “No 49” project by 31/44 Architects. An elegant and contemporary home that feels both harmonious and refined!
