What to do

Rio Scenarium – Rio has a great nightlife including dancing the night away! Hit up Rio Scenarium, an old city favorite, for three floors of lively dancing and music.

Beach – Suns out, buns out! Rio has two famous beaches to soak up some of those gorgeous rays, Copacabana and Ipanema. Copacabana features 4.5km of pristine, sandy beaches dotted with various hotels and restaurants, and is a popular tourist attraction in Rio. If touristy isn’t your thing, head to Ipanema beach, known for its elegant development and its social life, and located in the affluent Ipanema neighborhood.

 

 

Christ the Redeemer Statue – If you have never been to Rio de Janeiro, it’s worth visiting the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue perched on top of Corcovado mountain. The Art Deco design has been looking over Rio since the 1930s and is listed as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
