1 – The Chainsmokers Eclectic House by Peti Lau

This 1930s house suffered renovations during the 90s and that added a dash of industrial edge! Paired with an open-minded owner, an astonishing project was created together with the interior designer Peti Lau who chose the Monocles Sideboard by Essential Home to embody this creation full of décor energy and art collections!

2 – Noah’s Ark Nursery Project by Carrie Livingston

Carrie Livingston is the interior designer that created this magical nursery room inspired by Noah’s Ark.  Through CIRCU Magical Furniture, it was easy to deliver an environment that transports us to a world of new discoveries and the beginning of a new adventure. It is the perfect place for a little explorer to start his discoveries.

3 – Hollywood Hills by Marc Thorpe

The 5000-square-foot residence mostly built with simple materials including concrete, steel, wood, and glass goes beyond the space beneath the roof! Designed by the American architect Marc Thorpe, this space was conceived under environmental responsibility and infrastructural independence.

4 – Ruby Street co-working and event space by Francesca de la Fuente and Working Holiday Studio

What was previously a civil rights meeting place and the home of a progressive church, is now a multipurpose space in Los Angeles for co-working and events such as dinner parties, performances, photoshoots, and weddings. With the help of the interior designer Francesca de la Fuente and Working Holiday Studio, it was possible to update the building for contemporary needs.

5 – Laurel Hills Residence by David Thompson and Assembledge +

The founder of architecture firm Assembledge+ has designed a house for himself in Los Angeles. In an isolated setting, this residence aims to use bold details to offset the neutral palette!

6 – NeueHouse by DesignAgency

This cultural home for creators, innovators, and thought leaders occupies a full floor in an 1890s structure where the goal is to be a space for the community to manifest, grow and build! With the help of the Canadian studio, DesignAgency, Neue House is now a sophisticated co-working location.

7 – Collywood Residence by Olson Kunding

Located just above the Sunset Strip, this home is the perfect place for large group gatherings and overlooks Los Angeles with sweeping views that maximize the connection to the outdoor!

8 – Forest Knoll by Standard Architecture

Standard Architecture based this residence on the Kimbell Art Museum in Texas. Each volume opens up to the top of the gables to expansive views through large windows. The home takes the shape of three parallel gabled volumes with stairs between them and it all culminates in an infinity pool that gives the feeling of being suspended in the sky!

9 – Madison Club II by JAC Interiors

This JAC design desert oasis boasts contemporary lines and a mix of modern materials that reflect the landscape outside with panache. Full of home decor details and accessories, which contribute to making it warm and welcoming, this house is one-of-a-kind for the family who lives and entertains here.

Designed by Belzberg Architects, this project was awarded in 2015 with the Interior Design Magazine Best of Year. Developed on three levels, this residence fits into the context surrounded by nature and takes wood as the central element!
