#1: We’ve got the poster
Gorgeous, isn’t it? Created by Studio de Valence, this yellow beauty also reminds you to save the date: you’ll want to be in Paris in September 8-16 to celebrate design for the event’s 7th edition! Paris Design Week 2017 already looks more promising then ever!
#2: There’ll be 6 themes to explore
This year, design will be celebrated and explored in its various forms, with no less than 200 participating structures all over the city and 6 different themes! Fashion, art, DIY, know-how and even food will be showcased alongside, of course, interior design, represented by the #projects. And of course, there’ll be another exciting edition of Maison&Objet 2017 happening at the same moment, and Covet House will be exhibiting!
#3: The “now! Le Off” exhibition
Young talent and emerging designers are not forgotten and even have a whole part of Paris Design Week 2017‘s program dedicated to them. The “now! Le Off” exhibition will allow the public to discover new creators. But the design event also includes a great opportunity: the watch brand Rado will be giving awards to the best young designers!
#4: Nights will be fiery
Out of the 9 days of Paris Design Week 2017, 5 will feature eventful nights! Situated in a different district every time, they’ll bring even more excitement to days filled with discovery. A great way to celebrate design! The launch party will happen on September 9th at Les Docks Cité de la Mode et du Design.
#5: Beyond seeing, there’ll be talking
Like the other years, there’ll be meetings, debates and conferences to join in! This edition plans on 4 Talks featuring as usual some of the best designers and professionals of the field – but their names is a piece of information we’ll all have to wait a little more to discover…
