Today Covet House have the pleasure to show you “Daniel Libeskind Vitra Residential Tower in São Paulo“. Studio Libeskind is involved in designing and realizing a diverse array of urban, cultural and commercial projects around the globe.architecture emerges from the idea that a building should be expressive and reflect contemporary life. Daniel Libeskind´s tower is a luminous residential tower in the Itaim Bibi district, near a number of the city’s main thoroughfares. It offers a quick and easy access to the popular Ibirapuera and Do Povo park.
Vitra is Studio Libeskind’s first project in South America. The building has a bold, sculptural design, in which the multi-faceted glass tower with a 14 fllor-through apartaments is clearly the highlight.

The sustainable solutions employed in the project include a system for rainwater collection and reuse, solar panels for heating water, and the use of sustainable materials that reduce the energy consumption caused by air conditioning and elevators.
