The River Oasis

The River Oasis is a Design + Build project by France Vietnam Architecture that took place in Hanoi, Vietnam. While being rather far from the city centre, the house enjoys its beautiful natural surroundings and serene quietness that others can only dream of. They started this project from scratch, and the dedication of their team shortened what could have been a lengthy process to mere 7 months. Their clients might only want a place where they can recluse from the stressful urban life, but they envisioned the house to be a joy to return to each day.

LND HOUSE

The client’s love for simplicity & luxury inspires the France Vietnam Architecture design team to pursue a neoclassic design style with a black & white theme for their house at 34 Ly Nam De street, Hanoi.

This project, designed by France Vietnam Architecture, seeks a simple and modern design while adopting classical-architectural accents to give the utmost comfort and stylish living space that ages gracefully along with its occupants.

Spaces Hung Sheng

Situated in the booming Zhongshan District, Spaces Hung Sheng is connected to the MRT Nanjing Fuxing subway station, while the closest bus station – Nanjing and Longjiang intersection is 100m away. To make full use of such an advantageous location, France Vietnam Architecture was requested to turn the 2413 sqm into Taipei’s number one choice of co-working office.

Ngoc Thuy Residence

Ngoc Thuy Residence is a bijou complex of 3 independent villas built for private residential and rental purposes, located in lane 437 of Ngoc Thuy street. The design brief requires optimized function and area while making the most of the fresh & cool air that the “Duong” River brings to provide its occupants with a pleasant living environment.
