Towering above Austin in one of the city’s tallest buildings, the brand-new 3,900 sq-ft space was a literal blank canvas of white walls, concrete floors, boxy rooms and very little character. One of Kelly’s priorities was to make the apartment as open as possible and bring the vibrancy of the surrounding life outdoors inside.
