Each project starts with a no-charge initial meeting with the Client at the property. This is an opportunity to discuss the project in detail, learn about the Clients’ personalities, lifestyles, and needs. After receiving feedback from the client, K+K Design produces a concept scheme for further discussion including spacious and furniture layout, moodboards with color schemes and finishes. At this stage, they carefully prepare a cost budget and time schedule.
Once all elements are agreed upon with the Client, the project moves to the construction/design phase. During the whole project, they provide samples for a client’s approval.
