Michael S. Smith: Designs With A Deep Respect For Tradition

Michael S. Smith is, in the design industry, considered one of the most original and respected talents. Launching his design firm, in 1990, he expanded from projects that he only did for private clients to a line of fine furniture and fabrics that is sold exclusively in showrooms, called the Jasper line. Having experience with residential, hospitality and commercial projects, Smith has a signature blend of European classicism and American modernism, meaning that his works are unique and fresh.

With his belief that everyone should live with things they love, he continues to be featured in major publications including Architectural Digest, Elle Décor and House Beautiful.
