Rosewood Residences Miami Beach Are Our Most Coveted Oceanfront Dream

Rosewood Residences Miami Beach will be housed adjacent to the iconic The Raleigh, which will be managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. The new 17-story oceanfront tower was designed by famed architect Peter Marino and includes 44 private homes with prime ocean proximity and unobstructed views. Have a look!

Miami Beach’s iconic hotel, The Raleigh, will join Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ inimitable collection following a thoughtful revival spearheaded by renowned real estate development firm SHVO. Acclaimed architect and interior designer Peter Marino has been selected to helm the property’s highly anticipated restoration, embracing the vibrant neighborhood’s Art Deco District and the property’s storied past.

Originally constructed in the 1940s by Miami architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, Rosewood The Raleigh will be complemented with the addition of its two historic neighbors, the Richmond and South Seas Hotels, with each building’s historic Art Deco facade restored and integrated into the 60 room and suite property, the contemporary new tower adjacent to The Raleigh will house the Rosewood Residences Miami Beach featuring 44 private homes with unobstructed ocean views and prime ocean proximity.

Working closely with the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board, the revival will focus on a meticulous restoration that includes Miami’s most iconic swimming pool known for its curvaceous design and tropical foliage. The Raleigh’s famed gathering places, the Martini Bar and Tiger Room, will be restored and reborn with an eye for both Miami’s historic Art Deco elegance and its modern roots. The hotel will also include the addition of Asaya, Rosewood’s forward-thinking wellness concept.

The tower’s façade features white columns and black mullions that create rhythm and movement while prioritizing large windows for maximum light, air, and ocean views. In the interiors, a calm material palette featuring artisan plasters, hand-painted millwork, and noble stones with impeccable detailing create a serene and elegant place for living. Florida’s famed South Beach nightlife and landmark sites of the Art Deco district are within easy walking distance. Shop Lincoln Road or dine in nearby downtown Miami. Or unwind closer to home at the beach club and fitness center.
