LUXXU and designer João Campinas reunite for another standout project, this time with the incredible Ruby Rose Penthouse, located in Istanbul. Following the success of their previous collaboration on the luxurious Seven Hills apartment, known for its neutral elegance and nature-inspired design, João brings a bold touch to this new venture. Dramatic accents, vibrant colors, and a rich combination of patterns, along with details evoking musical poetry, are some of the defining features of this space. The design pays homage to the color red, symbolizing one of Turkey’s national colors, and includes exclusive pieces from luxury brands like LUXXU, Delightfull, and Boca do Lobo. The concept of the project was inspired by Delightfull’s Matheny collection, with its unique, music-engineered structure.

Where Luxury Begins

The entryway of the project embraces a simple yet effective approach, highlighting a minimalist aesthetic. The marble flooring and wood paneling create a harmonious combination, while the Spear Wall Lamps add an elegant touch to the staircase, forming a striking contrast between Ibiza marble and timeless brass.

The entrance hall, on the other hand, features a more dramatic style, with high-end furniture that combines sophistication and durability. The Empire console, with its marble and brass details, becomes the focal point of the space, complemented by the Crown XL Mirror. The ambiance is further enhanced by the large Waterfall II Wall Lamp, which illuminates the area with a soft glow and extraordinary crystal glass and brass details, adding a touch of timeless luxury.

A Symphony of Comfort and Style

Thanks to the open-plan concept, the living room becomes the focal point, where every detail has been carefully considered to draw attention and create harmony. The highlight is the Algerone Angular Sofa in burgundy tones, which stands out with its layers of velvet and leather, perfectly contrasting with the luxurious Kotta Rug. The geometric elements lead the eye to the elegant Reeves Chairs by Essential Home, reminiscent of mid-century Hollywood glamour.

The extravagance continues with the presence of one of LUXXU’s most iconic collections. The Empire Center Table and Side Table shine with their circular precision, adorned with metal and marble details. To further enrich the room’s palette, classic lighting fixtures in golden tones were chosen. The Tycho Round Suspension takes center stage, while the Matheny Wall Lamps complement the space, placed against a striking Emperador Red marble installation.

Dramatic Dining

The dining room features a dramatic color scheme with vibrant hues of burgundy, black, and gold accents. The Newton Dining Table by Boca do Lobo sets a bold tone with its lacquered spheres and textured surface. Complementing this, the Charla Dining Chairs add elegance with their lively colors, while the Tycho Rectangular Suspension enhances the central layout with its ribbed design. To further elevate the space, João Campinas incorporates LUXXU’s Nubian Sideboard and Waterfall II Wall Lamps, paired with Boca do Lobo’s unique Robin Mirror.

A Royal Retreat

The bedroom combines vibrant and serene elements, featuring a bold color scheme in dirty red and gold, complemented by stunning views of Istanbul’s waterway. The centerpiece is the Charla XL Bed in neutral tones, adding a regal touch to the space. The meticulously designed Symphony Nightstands and Draycott Pendants create a striking visual contrast with the surrounding furnishings. The Imperfectio Armchairs by Boca do Lobo introduce a modern edge, while the bespoke Algerone Center Table highlights exceptional craftsmanship. The Waterfall Floor Lamp provides exquisite lighting, adding an unmatched layer of elegance to the room.

Palatial Perfection

The bathroom boasts an undeniable palatial style, featuring marble surfaces arranged in a hexagonal layout that creates an impressive visual display. The Symphony Pedestal Sink by Maison Valentina adds a sonic touch with its organ-shaped pipes, while the Shield Mirror enhances the drama with its intriguing and decorative composition. The Symphony Bathtub, also by Maison Valentina, crafted from black fiberglass and brass, offers a clean and sophisticated aesthetic, accentuated by the Spear Wall Lamps by LUXXU.

 

Productivity With Elegance

The office decor is an impressive example of multi-faceted design. It features a masterful mix of materials, including dark red marble, concrete, and wood. The Empire Emperador Desk and Atlas Office Chair blend contemporary art with automotive style, creating a productive environment. The Gamma Table Lamp provides soft lighting, while the Babel Suspension by LUXXU adds grandeur with its exceptional design.
