The creation of a stylish urban residential destination designed to create excitement with a young and sophisticated audience.

Architecture that immediately inspires potential residents with the idea of a polished cosmopolitan home that is modern, urbane and on-trend. A residential tower that has the power to enrich lives.

The simple purity of material in three glass boxes rising from a central garden is accented with stone piers rising 27 stories into the sky. Clean lines and classic restraint.

A dynamic complex in the heart of the city attracting visitors and residents to the very best in urban architecture. Also creates charismatic energy setting it apart in an urban landscape competing for attention.

The crescent symbol of the nation’s flag was imaginatively incorporated in the design.  Three buildings beautifully linked on the site with crescent-shaped forms and profiles.
