Opulent Modern Classic Villa In Dubai
A truly magnificent modern classic villa, located in one of the most coveted and fast-growing environments in the world, the grandiose Dubai. Another house in a collection of curated houses created by Covet House showcasing various styles and inspirations around the world, this time striking in the United Arab Emirates. The villa was designed by Karim Abdul Muttalib, from K. A. Interior Design in partnership with Covet House. Showcasing 10 different and deluxe rooms, in a modern classic aesthetic where both architecture and decor blend in perfect harmony, providing a luxury allure, with golden details appealing and homaging the affluent city. With a very clear design, the living room contrasts the softness and richness of the fabrics, with the harshness of the materials and finishes of the furniture pieces. Earthy colors and elements compose the pieces in the living room to contrast with the architecture and modern aesthetic of the space.
Odette Sofa tells the story of a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse, inspired by the Swan Lake Op. 20, a ballet composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Its sweeping silhouette is accentuated with a polished brass structure and an asymmetric back offers a sophisticated design and timeless appeal.
Latza Center Table was inspired by the pyramid of stones on the shore of Lake Baikal, known as Latza. Featuring a top in walnut root veneer with a matte varnish and details in matte hammered brushed aged brass, this center table is sure to impress.
Cay Wall Lamp is inspired by Nature, as lava flows during a volcano eruption. With a structure in matte casted brass, this brass sconce was designed to embody Nature’s ultimate scream. Place it in a living room set and it will fill it with a dazzling golden light.
Florence Stool has a somewhat cylindrical shape and a cushioned seat upholstered in velvet fabric, creating a soft and comfortable solution for your living room. Its base is made of polished brass, so it boosts some gold details over its trendy pastel colors available in the customization.
