THE PALM JUMEIRAH

This contemporary beachfront villa with a handsome infinity pool was transformed by the Nikki Bisiker team into a vibrant landscaped Mediterranean garden with an attractive tropical outdoor terrace for alfresco living. The color palette chosen has ocean and beach inspirations with greens, greys, and blues.

KNIGHTSBRIDGE

This project constituted a total renovation of an Art Deco London apartment. The brief was to create a light, airy, elegant, unfussy yet cozy space for various generations of the same family for whom this was a long-standing second home. Maximizing storage was the key to Nikki Bisiker since the design needed to appeal to family members with different perspectives. Rebirthing this Art Deco gem meant new custom joinery and furniture pieces, vibrant artwork, delicate Deco detailing, and the use of mirrors and lighting to maximize space.

TERRANOVA

Nikki Bisiker has responsible to conceive an inviting home for a family with four daughters. Formal living spaces, contemporary and striking, with bronze on gold and monochromatic palettes, conveyed warmth and drama. The calming earthy, neutral palette of the family room suggested rest and relaxation. Picture-height-and-width windows and doors revealed olive trees recalling the Greek heritage of the family.

JUMEIRAH ISLAND

One of the things you will notice just by looking at any project by Nikki Bisiker is the use of nothing but the best materials and finishes on their projects. Everything looks exactly how it is supposed to be, and there is always a sense of organized luxury. The idea for this complete renovation was to transform a series of small, dark rooms into something light, bright and airy, landscaping the garden and bringing new kitchens and bathrooms. The client was keen on a palette of pastels and whites.

RITZ CARLTON LUXURY RESIDENCES

The client approached the Nikki Bisiker studio with the aim of bringing to life a new-build apartment that lacked character and style. Overall, they were keen for a classical apartment feel, with French influences, that embraced modern art, flooring, and a zing of color. To create a backdrop that smacked of sophistication and interest, wall paneling, wallpaper, mirrors, and timber were brought in.
