The project is located in Saudi Arabia, the hotel organized of a mezzanine ground floor and the first floor. Suggesting various suites and rooms with three different themes to match every taste.

The objective was satisfying the clients, and for that reason, the luxurious family Villa is designed to be perfect, unique among the traditional Villas locates in the same neighborhood of Mirage City. The villa’s design is readjusted for continuing inhabitance or occasional dwelling regardless of the time of the year.
MADINTY PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Located in New Cairo, this whole project is a mix of moods contemporary and art-deco styles. The combination of materials gives different feelings in every space in the villa. People can feel one temper yet every individual space has its uniqueness. It has different veins and tastes of luxuries.
